Exclusive local jobs. No bidding. No monthly fee.
We are opening the Delko Network with 15 partner businesses across Berkshire County and the North Shore. When a homeowner sends us a project that fits your trade and your territory, it goes to you and to nobody else.
This page is Door 1 — the lead matching network
This pilot track is our sourced lead matching network only: we find the homeowner, you do the work, and nothing changes about how you run your business. If what you want is the custom site, call tracking, and automation buildout that we operate for you, that is Door 2 — the Growth Partner track, priced separately.
See Growth Partner pricingNothing to join. We get paid when you do.
No setup fee, no monthly retainer, and no charge for the lead itself — you are never billed for a project you did not win. When a job we sourced and handed you closes, we invoice 10% of it after you have been paid.
- $0 to join and $0 monthly — the lead itself is never billed
- Every project routed to you is yours alone — we do not send it to a competitor
- Pass on anything that does not fit. Passing costs nothing and does not push you down a list
- The 10% applies only to jobs we sourced. Your referrals, repeat customers, and walk-ins are never billed
- No contract length and no exclusivity on your end. Keep every lead source you already have
Where this stands today
The network is new, and you should hear that from us rather than work it out later. Demand is what we are building right now — the homeowner intake is live, and getting local businesses found on Google and named by AI assistants is the same work we already do on the agency side of Delko. What we want in place is a short list of pros ready when that demand lands. Coming in early means you pick your trade and your territory before anyone else claims it. And keep every lead source you already have running — we are an addition, not a replacement.
