Small on purpose. Paid out of results.

Delko is two people who sell the work and then do it. The invoice only exists because your systems closed a job.

A quiet month costs you nothing

No retainer to cover when work slows down. Our invoice shrinks with your calendar.

We are betting on the build

Setup covers our cost, not our margin. If the build closes nothing, we worked for free.

You approve every job we bill

The attributed job list goes to you before the invoice does. Dispute a job and it comes off.

You talk to the people doing the work

Two of us. No pod, no handoff, no account manager relaying your question to someone else.

(What we do)

The decision is made before anyone calls you.

When a customer is about to spend real money, they research first. They open you alongside two competitors, read all three, and contact one. Nobody tells you this happened — you only see the calls you won.

That research is the whole sale now. It runs across your website, your Google profile, your reviews, and whatever a model has read about you.

Most local firms lose it on a website that undersells the work. Nothing to do with quality, which is exactly why the better business keeps losing.

So we fix the thing being judged, and then we take the risk of it. Setup covers our cost, we take 10% of what those systems close, and a new website is quoted as a project you own outright.

What we run

  • Website strategy, positioning, and messaging
  • Website design and development
  • Copywriting and content structure
  • Conversion rate optimization and lead flow
  • Search engine optimization
  • AI search visibility: answer engines, citations, and generative results
  • Google Business Profile and Google Maps
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Analytics, call tracking, attribution, and reporting

Not on the list: programmatic, geofencing, OTT, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads. Agencies our size resell those. We would rather point you at the specialist.

Keveen and Jack.

Keveen Delgado
Strategy & Growth

Keveen runs strategy, paid media, and the AI visibility work. Started Delko after watching too many owners pay a retainer every month and get a traffic report back instead of a customer.

Jack Koutrobis
Brand & Creative

Jack runs brand, web design, and creative. Has worked with businesses up and down the North Shore, long enough to know the customer has usually made up their mind before the phone ever rings.

(Our story)

Why we started Delko

It started as an argument we kept having about two shops in the same town. Same trade, same quality of work, and one of them had a website from 2015 and twelve Google reviews while the other had a clean site and ninety. Guess which one was busy. It had almost nothing to do with who was better at the job.

Then the assistants showed up and started answering the question before Google got a chance. We began running the searches ourselves, in our own towns, for categories we knew well, and the results were worse than we expected: three names come back, they’re confidently wrong about half the details, and the shop we’d actually recommend to a friend isn’t in the list at all. Nobody taught these owners how to pass a background check they didn’t know was happening.

So that’s the gap we work in. Your site, your Google profile, your reviews, the ads when they’re worth running, and the tracking that tells you which of those actually produced the phone call.

We charge the way we do for the same reason. A retainer gets paid whether or not the work shows up, and we’d rather be on the hook: setup covers our cost, and after that we take 10% of the jobs our systems close. If it doesn’t work, we don’t get paid, and you keep everything we built.

(Local)

From the Berkshires to the North Shore.

We work with businesses we can drive out and meet. That is how the strategy stays grounded in markets we actually know.
